Lowes advertises $349 Char-Broil grill for days/weeks on SALE for $98.70, but never has any in stock for shipment or delivery and won't offer of fair alternative bargain on a grill of equal or greater vaule. They have left it advertised even after I called an pointed it out to them and they would not offer me a similar bargain. Instead, they insist on continuing to advertise a great bargain that they have no ability or willingness to honor. Sounds like a potential bait and switch or false advertising issue. Buyer beware.

I had always thought Lowe's was a great home improvement store, and while they may have plenty of satisfied customers I'm not one of them. I ordered a basketball hoop for my kids on March 30th hoping to replicate some of the activity they got while attending school that's been cancelled for COVID-19. I recently spent a large amount of money on a total of 6 home appliances. The delivery was atrocious with multiple times and days given and no appliances arrived. Also, we ordered a fridge that was canceled without notification. Reaching out to Lowe's was a nightmare and we never received any satisfactory help.

Lowes appliance team is the WORST. I bought a washer and dryer set there, bought the extended warranty, then my washer broke. I had a repair company come out within 1 day to determine the problem. They found out it was the pump, then they ordered a new one. THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO. So in the middle of a global pandemic, I am forced to work so I can't get into the laundromat to wash laundry. Ordered Bam-Decking online via Lowes web site. After waiting 12 Days I called . Two days later a recording said to call the store. Store told me I needed to come in in order for them to pull my order out of the receiving dock area and they could not bring it to the pick-up area because it was to full. I purchased a dishwasher from Lowes that I had to return (had a crack in the side wall). The return was smooth and because I returned within my 30 days of purchase, I was supposed to receive full refund. I returned the dishwasher on March 9th 2020. Today is April 13th and I still have not been refunded. When I contact the store, they have said it is out of their hands and my bank needs to deal with it. I have to now file a dispute with my bank in hopes to get this money back! Absolutely ridiculous!

I'm messaging you because I literally have no other option, just looking for my problem to be resolved.
