I received an automated voicemail last week saying the order would be delivered June 3rd 2020 between 9:30am and 1-30pm. Lowe's in Indian Trail, NC sold me a defective dishwasher that never worked after installation. They refuse to replace it even though I bought the extended warranty!! I was forced to buy another dishwasher (same model) from***********. I'll by from***********t from now on.

I will NEVER buy another Appliance at Tiffin, OH LOWE'S... I took my Tax money and bought Brand New Matching Washer & Dryer. Sales Associate was an Awesome seller. Bought the extended warranty and all, paid with Debit Card. Everything was good (to my knowledge). Then got a phone call a week later and they tell me that the Dryer was no longer available, my options were: 1) upgrade for another $600 or, 2) have the floor model for 10% off. Scheduled to have a fence installed on 8/26/19 that would only take 3 days. Day 1, crew came out to remove old fence and did a complete layout of where the new fence would be. Day 2, no one showed up. Day 3, still no one and no calls. Finally got ahold of Lowe's and they said that there was a hold up on the contractors side. Day 4, finally talked to the contractor who told me that they would be at my house in the AM to work on the fence. Day 5, contractor showed up and started on the fence install. I ordered 2 shelves online. Only a single shelf was received and it was previously opened, damaged and missing hardware. The second shelf was refunded. My issue is with Lowe's customer service during the COVID pandemic when not everyone can go into the store to handle issues in person. I called the customer service line and waited 45 minutes for someone to answer. If I could give Lowes a 0 I would horrible customer services and installation. I went to Lowes to order 2 storm doors and was told in order for Lowes to do the installations I would have to pay for the contractor to come out and measure for the door. I paid the $35.00 fee and waited. The contractor did not **** but showed up 2 weeks later he measured both doors and told my husband and me the doors are standards door and gave me husband the exact measurements. Worst Experience Ever! I buy online and get told a delivery date because it says that everything I ordered was in stock. Then today I am supposed to get my stuff according to the email and never got a confirmation call so I call the local store and they tell me some of it is back ordered and they can't bring my stuff out til everything is here!!!
