After having poor experiences in my local store, I decided to try the curbside pickup. This was also a mistake and never worked well. So I decided to wait for a large enough order to warrant delivery. That was scheduled for two days ago. I submitted a complaint via email as well as phone regarding a vinyl fence product delivery & installation issue. Bottom line: Lowe's made an error and now they won't step up and correct it. My experience with the vinyl fence has been HORRIBLE! The communication, accountability and professionalism from all groups are seriously lacking. My experience on 06/17/2020 was awful. I wanted to draw attention to the inappropriate behavior of LOWES employee . I arrived about 4:30pm to purchase an Overhead Microwave at the Searcy Location. Recently I attempted to make a purchase from Lowe's website. The order was on hold for over a month with a hold placed on my credit card. Lowe's subsequently cancelled the order stating the product was no longer in stock. I checked the website the same day the order was cancelled. The item was in fact in stock, but now at four times the price I initially ordered the exact same item. I sent emails and messages to Lowe's as their hold times for phone calls were insanely long. I have placed four orders in a row now for different items that I need. Two orders were forceably canceled without any concent from me. The other two orders I canceled myself after I waited weeks and nothing happened. All four items claimed to be unavailable or out of stock after I had placed the orders, but of course are still available on their website to purchase as I write this review. Very frustrating! I will never use Lowes again. I ordered some Trex decking from Lowes as it is one of only a few who carry it. Lowes prices were better than the local specialty stores. ********** also carries it but it wasn't available for online order. I made the order through Lowes on 5/18, paid for a delivery with a date of 6/2. On 5/31, I got a reminder email of the 6/2 delivery. On 6/2, no email or phone calls. A few days ago I posted about the dismal experience I had at the Richmond Highway Alexandria Va store. Today I had the most amazing experience at the Lowe's store in Clinton Md. The store manager, Lashaunt, went out of his way to provide the most stellar service I have ever received in any store. I wanted to write this to you to express my complete and utter dissatisfaction with Lowe's. We placed order on 5/27/20. We were originally given a delivery date of 6/4/20. We received a call the night before with the delivery time and the day of delivery we got a phone call that the order wasn't on the truck and that the next time they could deliver it would be 06/08/20. They have items posted on their website that they can't find so I ordered it online. The site says that there are 3 in store. I ordered the product online and they canceled it because they didn't have it in their store without notifying me. I was on hold for 45 minutes to find this information out.
