First of all, let me say that we go to Lowe's all the time for all of our household needs. My husband is a painting contractor and he uses Lowe's all the time for his painting needs. We purchased semi custom cabinets from Lowe's we were told they were 3/4 in solid wood sides they are only 1/2 in almost every cabinet is broken ! Are contractors went to take the drawers out to install the cabinets and every single drawer front broke off they weren't even installed properly! The trim all came in broken because basically it's cardboard and super expensive $300 for crown molding that's cardboard! The drawers were supposed to be solid wood it's pressed wood! Lowe's has become of my least favorite places. Bad customer service, bad management, and TERRIBLE over the phone assistance when dealing with a legitimate problem. Will be deactivating my account with them as soon as I pay off what I owe. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SO CALLED "CORPORATION"

The purchase was performed on 27 Jun 2020 and Customer Service rep told me that the item will be pulled from the shelf and should be ready for pickup by the time I get back. I went back the following day, 28 Jun 2020, 3:15 PM and stood in pick-up line for over 25 minutes with no associate acknowledged whether I need help (I had about 6 associates walk by me without saying anything). We purchased GE appliances (washer and dryer) from Lowe's in Indian Harbour, FL. The items were delivered by an outside contractor, XPO Logistics, but the washer was defective. The spinning drum had too much lateral movement causing the machine to drift and cycles not completing properly. We were told to exchange it but the model was out-of-stock indefinitely and select the next one up as an upgrade for our inconvenience. #Lowes is the worst company to deal with!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Purchased an expensive washer and dryer set in December of 2019. The day before our delivery, we were notified that they sold the washer out from under us and had to order another one. On delivery day, they dryer was broken. They came out and provided us with a replacement. Two days later scheduled deliver for the first 3 hour time slot...showed up 6 hours late. I placed an order for 960 floor tiles that I absolutely fell in love with in my Lowe's phone app. It took a week or two after I placed the order (for home delivery), before it showed that it was ready to be delivered. I called the store from which the tiles were coming, to confirm the delivery date & time. I have always been a Lowe's fan not much these days ordered windows it's been over 2 months one day windows showed up on driveway a 30 min call notice Still sitting there contractor no call No show sending new contractor wish I had going to a window company never a gain not the first problem the sales lady needs training Lowe's needs to get out of contractor business this makes my 2nd house a complete remodel next one will talk with Home Depot Thousands of dollars spent don't need the headache dealing with Lowe's. **********
