Lowe's is a horrible store. They came to my home and did a very sloppy job. They left glue all over my kitchen floor and never did the molding around my kitchen that I paid for. The thing that bothered me the most is that the installer stole tools and other things from my house that weren't in the area where they worked. I have been calling them for 2 months now and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone just holding on the phone for hours and they disconnected So I went as far as to connect the corporate office and rece... read more

Lowes is horrible! I stopped in to Lowes back in June to purchase a refrigerator, and waited forever to get someone to help in appliances. There were 4 other people waiting and I finally got an employee who worked in a totally separate department to help me. I should have known from the onset, to NOT purchase a refridgerator due to the bad start with no one working in the department. 3 orders in last few moth all 3 with problems. Also you need to wait for about 1 hour to talk to somebody, and when somebody finally picks up line just to explain they cannot help.

Lowe's is horrible to deal with. On May 9, 2020, I paid $350 for vinyl backsplash. Put it on my walls and it would not stick (vendor is Southeast Surfaces). I was told by Lowe's customer service they would take it back even though it was on my walls or I wouldn't have taken it down, glued it or something. After I removed it, bagged it up and took it back to the Barboursville, WV store, they wouldn't make good on their promise. Said it was a vendor thing. Gave me the number and name of the vendor. Could not find my order that stated in an email was ready for pickup Waited 40 minutes Asked for a manager and waited another 15 minutes Watched associate explain to manager the problem. Saw him look at me but he never approached me. Just head-up-their-rectum service ********* seem to be the better choice these days

The worst costomer service I have ever recieved. I ordered a fridge & was given a specific date on when to pick it up. On that date I called the store & was told the fridge was not there for me to pick up, like promised. I was told there was no one working there that could help me to find out why my fridge was not there, like promised. I eventually talked to a manager who told me they would call Samsung on Monday, since this was Saturday, to find out where my fridge was at. I ordered gazebo from lowes and after it didn't areive and I called them they said they couldn't get in touch with me and that they would refund me. I month later I am still trying to get my money back. My next phone call will not be to lowes but to a lawayer

I had a horrific experience with Lowe's. The particular store's location: 1701 South Havana St., Aurora, CO. I bought a refrigerator and needed it to be installed. I also needed them to reverse the way the door opened. Installation was a complete nightmare. I'll shorten this: Scraped paint off the doorway. Installers did not come with a "reversal kit." I never got follow up. Went to store in person. Set up another appointment. Next installers came w/o a reversal kit. I called corporate. Took two tries for them to get people ... read more

Lowes has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. They do not respond to calls for service even when you have a service protection plan. Their customer service number (1-888-77LOWES) is an absolute joke. Do not buy the service protection plan - it is worthless.
