Worst customer service anywhere! They don't answer phone calls until you've been put on hold for over 10-15 minutes. Then they transfer to another department & they don't answer. We bought an extended (shouldn't have to with good products) warranty for our washer, dryer & refrigerator. Not even 2 yrs. old. Now, they're saying it doesn't cover shelf door that quit working won't stay in place. Ridiculous! Doesn't pay to even buy extended warranties.

I started the process of purchasing and ordering carpeting for a house that I am selling mid June. My woes started when it took days for someone to call me with regard to a person to come to my house to measure for the carpeting. The person came on June 24th. I was supposed to receive a call back later that week to give the price of the carpeting based on the measurements. I never received a call....this should have been an indicator and I should have gone to a local carpet store. I finally had to go to the store on July 2nd... read more

I am so frustrated with Lowe's right now we will never order building materials from them again! This review is for the Broken Arrow, OK location. On May 15th we ordered composite decking boards to redo our entire deck. We were required to pay at the time the order was placed and were told that the order would take until mid-July to come in. When we got a call in mid-June that the order was in and scheduled delivery, my husband and I spent 3 days tearing out the old deck to get ready for the new decking. Worst customer service ever. Total of 10 hours 26 minutes on hold over a two week period. Called for assistance with my 14 month old fridge that the freezer quit working. They said I did not buy the warranty. Called the manufacturer (whirlpool) and they said that I did buy the warranty. Called Lowe's back and agreed to have a service tech come out and fix it. Service tech came out and said he couldn't fix it and Lowe's would call me in 3 to 5 business days. 14 days later I have not received a call after multiple attempts of ... read more

We ordered a refrigerator from Lowe's on November 29, 2019. It's broken down 3 times and now they told us after 5 weeks with no refrigerator that it is unrepairable. They now won't do anything for us because they say it's under Samsung's warranty so we need to deal with them. We have spent countless hours on customer service both with Lowe's and with Samsung and no one will help us. The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!! They have one person in the store who knows how to trim blinds and she is MIA all the time so they leave u waiting forever!!!

I placed an order for an outdoor table on 7/12/2020. Received shipping notice on 07/14/2020. Its 08/04/2020 and I still do not have my table. After 2 week of multiple phone calls with Lowes and Estes, the shipping company that is supposed to be bringing my table, they have now decided that it is lost. I asked if they could just put in an order for a replacement table and was told that that was not their policy and that all they could do was give me a refund. That refund is going to take at least 3 weeks!!! Seriously?!?!?!?!?... read more

It is amazing how, as a whole, Ft. Mill SC store (1640 Highway) is the WORST and most unprofessional and unproductive group of employees I have dealt with in my life. Everyone from Wes, Jennifer, Chris, and even Fred (store manager) lack the most basic needs of a customer. Each of them said in a 6 days period "I will call you back" and it took me driving to the store each time. I have never worked so hard to try and spend $7k on a refrigerator, washer and dryer. Visited the Skypark Lowe's in Torrance Ca. This past weekend. Only went to garden center specifically since it has it's own entrance/exit which helps to avoid foot traffic during COVID-19 pandemic. Bought 8 small succulents. Upon completing my purchase, the cashier stated, if I wanted a bag, I would have to go inside the store to get one as she had ran out!
