On August 25, 2020 I placed an order on line for a North Star Designs Glen wood Wall swing arm lamp. Nowhere did your website say this item was out of stock, NOWHERE. Even when I checked out after purchasing this item did it say it was out of stock I was even given a delivery date of August 31, 2020. Since then I have received NO communications. I contacted Lowe's about the issue of a shipment of an item I had not received and the still got it wrong and sent me the item I already received. They aren't listening to the customer's problem.

Don't waste your precious time at the Lowe's on IH-35 near Connelly High School (Store #1725 NE Austin). ONE star for my visit to their store yesterday - and only bc I can't post the review unless I choose at least one star. Arrived at lunch hoping to pick up landscaping supplies within the hour and what a disappointment! Asked Amber in patio where I could find their usual stock of Scott's Lawn Soil and she proceeds to point to the side of the patio area replying "we have all kinds of soil over there". I ordered a vanity and sink combo on Aug. 1, 2020. Delivery was on the 25th. It arrive with the box already opened, broken and parts missing. We had it put right back on truck to go back. I tried calling Lowes in Dickson city, pa., where it was purchased from. No Luck! They did not answer multple times. I called the 1-800 # and spoke with someone there, who was helpful. Ordered Generac generator through Loews and paid full amount (10.5 K) in advance as required by the, on 5/6/2020. Today is 8/26/20 and they haven't installed or call me with a date yet. Each time I call them they say it will be done two weeks. I think they want to use my money interest free for a long time. I going to get a refund from them. Extremely bad customer service.

Poor customer service & care I had contacted Rona in ******* last fall for assistance. "Apparently" my email was lost. I then contacted Rona *********** and then again my email was lost in "a perfect storm" of store relocation.I then contact the lead for ***************** *******************************. I ordered a desk online with a deliver date of August 20. I specifically choose to order from Lowes because of there delivery date. The desk was not delivered on August 20. I log in on the website and my order status indicates that the desk was delivered. I called Lowes online service and they told me that FedEx has the desk. Ordered fridge end of July. Still no fridge on Aug 23. Stayed home two days for promised and re-promised delivery. 6 store calls and 4 corporate office calls later, still no fridge. Never again!!!!!!
