Purchased a Bosch Diswasher on 5/23/2020 that was to have a rebate for installation cost (approx $140) I filled out the form and asked for a visa card for reimbursement. Lowe's acknowledged receipt of rebate claim the same day 5/23/2020. Rebate was supposed to be received within 3 or 4 weeks. I WENT INTO THE GARDEN ENTRY AT THE BAYTOWN TEXAS LOWES, THREE CUSTOMERS WITH NO MASKS. ONE EMPLOYEE WITH HER MASK AROUND HER NECK. I HAD COVID AND ALMOST DIED. Yesterday I placed an order online for curbside pickup. I let them know I was on my way and filled out everything they needed to know. I even called the store as they suggested. I couldn't get thru when I called for curbside pickup. I have two dogs in the car (one a paraplegic) so I had to carry her. Horrible service - if you're going to offer curbside service than do it. One if my biggest complaints about Lowe's, everyone that I have shopped at is, when you order lumber to be delivered or picked up, they always put in some of the worst boards that I have ever seen!! Why? You know they are coming back. That just cost the delivery and the aggravation!!!!

Had a terrible experience. I ordered a few items online and went to the store to pick up the items. After waiting they told me they could only find one of the items. I said ok I'll take that one. The associate told me they would send an email when the rest of the items were available. I got an email a day later saying the rest of the items were available. Ordered composite decking boards from Lowe's on 7/24/2020. Estimated delivery date of 8/24 was provided. We began our project so that we were prepared for the boards to arrive. We had nowhere to store the boards, so it was necessary that the boards not arrive before we were ready for them. On 8/23, the day before estimated delivery, were notified that our boards were delayed to 9/7. No reason for the delay was provided. I originally went to purchase a Heartland Shed that was on Lowes property. They said you can buy it but would need to provide your own transport. I tried contacting several movers they said they would not move a heartland shed since they are poorly built Due to liability issue will not transport shed.
