I am giving 1 star because I can't give no stars. Refrigerator was bought on line On September 3rd, but had to go to store to give card information. Given a confirmation and delivery date of September 7th. No delivery. Follow up call said there was a mixup and delivery would be September 14th. September 14th was told that this refrigerator was not in stock 150 miles area. Did they not know this on September 3rd when it was purchased? Now delivery is scheduled for September 15. Do not buy appliances from Lowe's! Worst experience ever! Confirmed delivery...never showed up...they rescheduled the delivery without even telling me after I took the day off. I confirmed the delivery twice before the day of delivery. The morning of the delivery they bumped it 2weeks out. No customer service, no delivery, no installation...their system is completely broken. Worst of all, no body cares or even tries to help resolve the problem. 0 stars. Going back to 2015, I purchased a Samsung washer from them through online, as it was not in stock, and I went four months, each time a new delivery date and no washer, and it sounds the same as all of you having problems, this has been going on for years now, and they cant seem to connect to each other and have results, it is awful/ Lowe's at one time had great customer service. But now they are a nightmare I had to go elsewhere********** and the service was great delivery was great and the price was the same

On Tuesday, September 8, 2020, I purchased a GE washer and dryer. The customer service on the front was great, exceptional; however, customer service on the back end of an appliance purchase is horrible. Here's why, I'm just a cancer patient trying to wash my clothes during a pandemic. I purchased a washer and dryer set from this location on Tuesday 9/9. Lowe's deserves 0 stars if there was that option. I ordered a shed online and the order was cancelled shortly after. I called customer service to ask for the reason, and was told that my address was beyond the delivery zone from where the product is coming from (it's sold out in my home store). I didn't fight about this, but I asked for my 20% coupon back that I had used on the shed. And I was told "sorry it has already been used on the shed"... Yes, a shed that I will not be getting. Lowe's appliance delivery scheduling and fulfillment is just plain broken. We tried to order a stove from them and despite a call confirming delivery it never arrived. After many calls we finally found out it would be probably another 2 months! My brother then ordered a refrigerator and is currently in the same boat. Got delivery confirmation calls but no delivery. Lowes doesn't care about it's customers just the bottom line! I had my refrigerator go out in May 2020 so I went to Lowes because they were having a sale. Well we decided to change out all appliances and go with Stainless. Bought a refrigerator, stove microwave and dishwasher in May. Felt really good at first that I was getting a great deal. Horrible customer service -the first agents are arrogant and will argue with you in a heartbeat. They cancel the request for service so that they can extend the 14 day window. No accountability when they mess up. Just horrible don't waste your money.
