I should have looked at their reviews prior to placing an order with them because I side with majority of what I've now seen. Ordered a microwave in July. Was told the delivery date is unknown, which we completely understood because COVID-19 has caused delays everywhere. However, what we didn't expect was the absolutely horrendous customer service. I purchased multiple appliances online and paid to have them installed. There have been more issues than I could possibly list here. I have made attempts to reach out to the store manager after having spent hours and hours in the store and on the phone simply trying to get my products as well as coordinate the install. The store associates are not knowledgeable or helpful in resolving issues. We were told that our issues were because we ordered online and not in the store. 1. I am puzzled by the clear contradiction between customers reviews (very low opinion) and BBB high rate. How come? 2. I fully endorse the very low customer opinion based on my own experience as follows-I ordered on line a sink due to arrive on August 31 (date important because the plumber was due as well). Every appliance experience with Lowe's has been AWFUL. Lowe's advertises and sells appliances it apparently will never have in stock then strings the customer along for months after the non-existent merchandise has already BEEN PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER. This is fraud and Lowe's should be held accountable. I will NEVER do business with Lowe's again. If I could give the Tustin Lowes off of park ave in CA 0 stars I would. Never will I give my money to this location again. The paint manager is a drunk and always seems to be under the influence. Messed up my color match a few times. Unprofessional. This manager is giving a bad reputation to this location. DO NOT SHOP AT TUSTIN LOWES!

Ordered a dishwasher on 8/5/20. Dishwasher was to be installed 8/11/20. Order was canceled and Lowes said my money was refunded. Order was never canceled and money wasn't refunded. Never received a call, I had to call them. 8/11/20 Got a call from the installer. I was told the dishwasher was damaged and the installation was canceled again. I was told a new one would be in the store between the 20th and the 24th. I would then get a call from Lowes to reschedule the installation. 8/30/20 Finally received a call from Lowes. I attempted to return a black and decker cordless circular saw, that was purchased by my son for his dad as a birthday gift, at the Hamilton Ohio store. I did not have receipt due to it was a gift, and planned on purchasing a DeWalt for $129 compared to the B&D $45 for the simple reason that my husband already has DeWalt tools and batteries are interchangeable. I attempted to purchase carpet and installation for a home I was selling, about 1200 sq.ft, from Hermitage, TN. Lowe's . I waited two weeks for the measurement appointment and after that I didn't hear anything for another two weeks. Finally Lowe's calls to schedule an appointment for installation.
