We placed an order on 6.27 and it's been over a month now, rescheduled 3 times and they DOUBLE charged me different amounts...at around $3,000 total. STILL GOT NOTHING. Customer service is HORRENDOUS! They're selling stuff online that is OUT OF STOCK! It should be illegal! Some stuff were pushed back to be shipped out in late Aug...why do they think this is ok!? I understand during this time, we need to be understanding of shipping situations but DONT SELL SOME THINGS ONLINE IF THEY'RE NOT IN STOCK!!! You dont even know when... read more

I placed an order back on July 12 that was supposed to be sent in 3-4 days. It's now 3 weeks later and no delivery. I traced the order & supposedly it was sent to Huchins, Texas and then it disappeared. I live in Pflugerville, Texas. I spent a lot of time making phone calls & being placed on hold with no one ever answering the phone. Someone finally gave me the number to Fedex. Waited 3 months for screen door to be delivered. Delivered without a handle. Waiting an hour for customer service. They told me customer service cannot call back a customer and wanted me to call vendor directly. We will never order another item from Lowe's!

I am unsatisfied with the customer service at Lowe's located at 400 Bayonne Crossing Way, Bayonne, NJ XXXXX. I ordered a washer machine on 06/29/2020. I have called and called numerous times and they either give me the run around or keep transferring me to different ext. I called again today and they transferred me 4x and now they are telling me that it was possibly transferred to another store. it clearly states that I wanted shipped to the store in Bayonne. Customer service, This feedback is for the ***** NC location. My experience today was very aggravating and unacceptable. I ordered a three piece hvac system online. At 4:04pm I received the email that my order was ready. At 6:04pm I arrived to pick up my purchase. As they rang me out at 6:30pm, I mentioned that they had two boxes and there should be three boxes. Don't EVER buy an appliance from Lowe's! I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's for just over 300 dollars and then was nickled and dimed up to 600 with installation fees, a separate power cord, them hauling the old dishwasher away, etc. The next day I get a call saying the dishwasher they sold me wasn't in stock despite what their system said. They ended up price matching us for a different washer. Few weeks ago an employee from Chicago Brickyard Lowes horribly yelled at me. Whole store could hear her. When I complained to the store manager, he flatly refused to do anything about it, saying they dont punish their employees nor make them apologize to customers.
