Bought appliances, that were in stock, at Lowe's on 6651 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40258 online on JUNE 4, 2020. I was picking them up, so no delivery wait time, got confirmation to pick them up June 17, 2020. Then when it's time to pick them up, now they are not available til the next month, I live an hour away, but they were in stock when I ordered them, so why? If I could leave a lower mark I would. I'm blown away by the incompetence of this store. Just calling the store itself is painful, 20 mins at a time hitting all the menu options until someone finally answers. MY MAIN PROBLEM. On June 6th 2019 I went into the Scotts Township Lowes and signed a contract and PAID IN FULL for a fencing project. Here we are July 8th 2020, A YEAR LATER and I still can't let my dogs off their leads in our back yard. Need a new appliance, do not even consider Lowes. I use to believe they were the best for good, affordable appliances. Not sure what has caused them to reach the bottom of the barrel, but they now own that spot. I ordered and paid for a refrigerator months ago, never got a PO #, have been hung up on twice, promised a call back by the store manager, and still nothing. I ordered two televisions online from Lowe's Home Improvement. The money was immediately deducted from my checking account. Today, the day before the two televisions were to arrive, I got an email that my order was cancelled. No explanation as to why this order was cancelled. I called the 800 number repeatedly to get a refund. They say they are dealing with higher than normal call volumes. Why do I even need to call? I bought a building from Lowe's and they wanted 1200 to put the building up so I put it up my self and asked if they could shingle it the employee told me yes it would be cheaper that way we'll I had someone come out from Lowe's to give me a price and it was still 1200 to shingle the building cause they charge a minimum when it was 1200 to put the thing up that is the biggest crock of bs I ever saw in my life I will never call Lowe's again that is the biggest rip off I've ever seen and I own my own business and I have a A + ... read more

After my GE dishwasher broke which was out of warranty, we decided to purchase a new GE dishwasher with Lowes because they had the best deal combined with fastest leadtime on the model we decided on on 5/27/20. Had poor customer service on the phone but hoped for the best. I received a receipt via email but never was able to acccess my order information on my Lowe's account which was my first red flag. I ordered a screen door on June 16 2020. It was supposed to be delivered on 6 30 2020. I have called them twice and have waited for over an hour each time. I emailed them and received a reply that the email is unavailable. Buyer beware. As I am writing this, they just answered and told me that the door was not in stock and that "I" had to call the vendor to cancel the order and get a refund. We purchased a countertop on May 12, 2020 from Lowe's. They brought it on June 19 and it was two different colors instead of the one we ordered. We were advised by the Lowe's salesman to refuse it and we did. We have been in contact with Customer Service Reps. and their supervisor, Store Manager, Asst. Store Manager, Salesman all to no avail. We chose Lowe's in Milford, OH to build our privacy fence. They came in April 2020 to measure and give us a quote. In May, they charged my card the entire amount, over $3000. I have been billed and made two payments for a service I haven't even seen. I have sent numerous emails to the sales specialist with no replies. He always said that he replied but it's not true.
