My husband and I purchased a stove on 3/14/20 after ours had stopped working along with a new dishwasher from your Vestal NY location. In order to recycle old appliances we were given a delivery date of 3/26/20 with the understanding that the Scranton PA location would be the store delivering. Bought samsung refrigerator at lowes. 2 years old and cost more to repair it than buy new one. Lowes knows of Samsung's quality but still keeps selling the samsung junk.

I ordered a Sojag Sanibel II Light Grey Metal Square Screened Gazebo on May 17th. After waiting more than a week and not receiving the shipment and not being able to track the order since their tracking number was faulty, i started calling Lowes. Lowe's is very irresponsible. I had 2 call every 2 business days , wait for an hour on the line, and they kept telling me to "call after 2 business days and meanwhile we will try to contact the shipper and the manufacturer". 5/23/2020 i fell in lowe"s nobody wanted to file a claim we had to insist after requesting to file one 3 times; had to insist on some ice for fall; i NEVER heard from anyone at lowe's regarding the fall...not even to ask if i was ok etc.Turns out I fractured my elbow!!! i called several days later to inquire about the claim ans was told they could not find a claim; i provided the employees name that was suppose to have filed the claim and was told she would have to call me back after going back and forth with "Barbara" for 3... read more

It started with a washer and dryer delivery. We set a date, they changed the date, we tried to call couldn't get anyone, went in and waited 45 minutes for our turn to tell them we wouldn't be in our new house then Next we ordered a refrigerator in Feb the delivery person dropped the handle on cement and damaged it. If I could give a negative rating I would. Decided to order a 300 series Black BOSCH Diswasher on April 24th. I had a confirmed delivery date of May 15th. I removed my old, nasty, dirty, not good at doing anything dishwasher 2 days prior to make sure I cleaned out the space and get a new water line valve that was desperately needed. Here comes May 15th and no delivery. After 2 hours and a drive to my Lowes store I finally received am answer. The machine hadn't even left the manufacturer's. Terrible, buyer beware!!! Bought a washer and dryer in December 2019 with the extended warranty. Dryer just stopped working and twice the Lowe's store people hung up on us when trying to get someone to help us after being on hold countless hours. Basically they told us to go to hell and call the manufacturer. Called Whirlpool and now we have to pay $120 to get them to service a 6 month old dryer. Lowes DOES NOT stand by their products or they're warranties.

On Saturday (5-30-20) I was at Lowes for only about 20 minutes. I came out and someone had hit my car. I went back in because NO ONE would answer a call. I spoke with someone who said they could help me and his advise was to file a police report, and that most of the time it is pretty much worthless because "they don't have cameras pointing at the parking lot and can't get a license number because they can't see it." Very disappointment with the way Lowes handle item purchased with gift card. I ordered sometime online using a gift card and when I return the item in store with original receipt I was issued a store credit and not a gift card and the store credit can only be used in store using your driver license. I am very disappointed as I cannot do online shopping with the credit I have, all other store will return back as a gift card so that you can use it online also if you like but not Lowes.
