BEWARE if you are having flooring installed. Over 5 months, $1,000, install no shows,reschedules, wrong or not enough material . Finally, The installation gets started only to be determined for a second time but not enough material had been ordered, now Lowes is refusing to give me a refund. BAD customer service. I had ordered a new washer on 8/15/21 on line. The software is terrible as it does not allow the use of new Lowes card with the new 20% OFF. I had to call. I first called Sat 8/14 and could not get thru- the corp #. So I called Sunday morning - early. I spoke with a very nice agent. We have been remodeling an office and have had nothing but bad experiences with both the local Lowe's (Glenwood Springs), the one in Arvada, online, and over the phone. In hopes of speeding up some of the materials (cabinets, doors, appliances, etc), we went to Lowe's. The order of cabinets was small, and we chose items that are in the in stock products. Awful customer service. I called customer service 5 times and 5 times they hanged up on me. Not once did the customer service rep apologize. I was able to speak to a supervisor on my 6th attempt. I have never seen more of an incompetent Del svc from any other store but Lowes in Bergen County NJ. I ordered my Fridge on line which was supposed to be del on Sat -- I was told would receive a phone call the night before - -never happened instead a text stating they would be here bet 8 - noon -- this never happened. My new refrigerator doesn't work. They will exchange but it will take weeks. I will loose all food for weeks, and I will need to settle for a floor demo model otherwise it will take longer.

I am having the worst experience ever with a retail store. I am so disappointed in the services i am receiving from my fence project. I had order additional fences for my yard and expected to pay a different amount than whats been charged. I dont want to go forward with the project now that i found out the prices are different. Won't buy anything else from Lowes. I bought a bathroom sink/vanity, and chose the option to have a contractor pick it up for me at Lowes. It didn't fit well, and so I decided to keep my old sink in place. By that time, the contractor was done with his work for me. I called Lowes and asked to arrange for a return. Lowes customer service is terrible and racist at the least. Carpet installer team came and complained about having to move beds. Or to disassemble one to be able to install carpet. These were not discussed when I paid for the carpet. (installation is supposed to be free as part of the deal.) It was a technique to charge more money.
