Lowe's is awful and I'm done with them. I bought a refrigerator online Tuesday and was told it would be delivered Thursday between 8 and 8. On Wednesday afternoon, they updated the delivery to Thursday between 8 am and noon. It is now Thursday, 4:30 and I'm told that it will not be delivered until Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm. I would not buy anything from Lowes! I was told that a generator would run my plasma cutter ! I got home after buying it for 450.00 and hooked it up to the plasma cutter and it would not run the cutter ! I had it for one day took it back and they wouldn't return it or refund my money! They treated me like i was the problem when i went into the store ! I will never ever shop there again and if you are smart you wouldn't either!

Had windows installed last year. We have had numerous issues with the install from wrong sizes ordered to installed incorrectly. I have called Lowe's numerous times to get the installer out here to fix their issues. They come by and do a poor job and leave. Windows have leaked, sliding door will not lock, etc. We have had numerous calls for someone in management to call us or at least have someone come by to look at the work being done. Don't waist your money on any LG appliances! 45 days ago our 2 1/2 year old, $3500.00 french door fridge compressor broke. No one in the area fixes LG or Samsung products except one company A&E Factory Service. I wish Lowe's had expressed that when we were buying and asking them about convenience with repairs and such. After waiting several months on appliances (ordered in March), I had to file a complaint when Lowes delivery personnel refused to install required brackets for a new gas stove. That was resolved. Then, the 3rd party delivery service for my microwave cancelled the delivery 3 times, with various excuses. If I could give 0 stars for the locaiton at the Strip in North Canton, I WOULD! I went in for a washer and dryer. My first four options were out of stock. So I settled on one I didn't want and spent more money on it too! I was told 1 week for delivery. It was THREE weeks! When they did arrive, the washer was damaged to the point of unusable! We ordered new appliances 5/23 with Lowe's. On June 7th the delivery was only for the refrigerator so we called and they said to expect a call for installation within a week. A week goes by - no call.... And we call the store or go in to find a status on the dishwasher and double oven. Finally we get July 10th as our delivery date. They tell us between the times of 1pm-4pm. So at 4:15 we try to call the store and no one can find the driver. I go in and they tell me it's in "marketing's hands?" Last year my Husband and I purchased flooring and carpet and had Lowes install it. It has been nothing but a huge mess from start to finish.
