In Tennessee when you purchase a garage door opener with installation the purchase including the product does not have sales tax on it. That is State Tax code except recently at this LOWES they tried to charge me sales tax and when I complained the****** manager and the store manager talked down to me, they refused to comply with the state tax codes. I took a customer who was a senior citizen recently into Lowe's they refused to wait on her they pretend they couldn't understand what she was saying the woman that was working in the paint department was very rude to her and ultimately she bought nothing because the lady pretend that she did not understand what she was saying and there was nothing wrong with the elderly woman's vernacular. i bought premium decking boards and some of the boards have sap running out of them and Lowes will not replace them - not tracking sap in the house - hassle to replace 16 foot premium decking boards at extra expense. so obvious of complaint.

To start, TODAY'S DATE is 9/9/2021... If I could give Lowe's a negative 10 stars, i would. On January 14th 2021, I called Lowes due to our dishwasher not working. The dishwasher is under a extended warranty. We suspected it was the same issue, the water pump and motor. We had these same parts replaced and repaired on 9-6-2019 and 4-28-2020 on this same dishwasher. January's 2021 diagnosis was the same, the water pump and motor. My review is based off of my experience opening an account with Lowes. I got a Lowe's card to do some remodeling instead of going to Home Depot because I am a veteran and thought it would have been a better experience. I couldn't have been further from the truth and have had nothing but issues. They even cancelled my card because of a mistake THEY made. This is a long review but a MUST READ! Worst customer experience i've ever had. Purchased a $700 outdoor gazebo through their online store at end of May 2021, which was damaged when I received a week later. Contacted customer care in middle of June who told me they couldn't send me another, I would have to send product back through Fedex and receive a refund/repurchase (okay fine). Purchased a washing machine from them and have had nothing but problems with the unit. They say we need to have a repairman come out multiple times before they will refund our money. They have been out 3 times already to try and fix the problem, with no luck. It still doesn't work correctly. I am beyond frustrated with Lowe's and their customer service.

so i went to Lowe's to swap out my broking craftsman's hand tool as they say (we will honor all lifetime warranties no matter where the CRAFTSMAN hand tool was purchased. We ask that customers bring in the item, and we'll replace it if we have the product. If we do not have the product, customers can call the Customer Care Hotline (*************)." Maureen W******, Lowe's) but what they don't say is without a receipt they will charge you the taxes on the tool. who keeps the receipt for 10 years + what a joke!!!
