Lowe's Fayetteville NC I ordered my floors to be done in March. In May we got them installed but they damaged our vents, DID NOT finish the whole job and didn't finish or use the proper trim. Then we were given the run around calling Lowes until the end of June when I asked the Assistant Manager to help us. Fence install FAIL from Lowes The sales person came out and gave me a quote, the fence installer showed up and that is when things went awry. The guy that came out was the brother of the fence contractor, and when I saw him outside my home I went out and asked if he was there to install my fence, the attitude started, he answered at 7AM. Installed counterparts. 3 back splashes were too big. Because there is electrical sockets in the way. Waited 2 months for reply (installer said he would contact Lowes.) He didn't. Now I have work order to re measure side splashes. Would not recommend Lowes for installs.

I made several attempts to **** the Valdosta GA store and the 800 number to resolve an issue and NO ONE will return my calls. My contractor picked up an order xxxxx2020 on 8/27/21 and installed the product. However, he was only given half of the order. I ordered 100 pieces of flooring, 2sf per piece or 200sf. However, he was only given 100sf when he picked up the floor, vs 100 pieces. I have a major complaint and you seem to be having a major issue that is going to cost your company money in the future. Here is my story. On Friday September 10th my wife and I went to the Lowes in Tiffin Ohio and bought a washer and dryer, that had to be delivered from a warehouse as Lowes does not stock these in store. I visited this Lowes location after receiving horrible customer service at the Carmel, IN location. I was told, by the rep that handled my inquire, that my payment of $359.81 was all that was need to get my door order and installed. Today, a week later, I received another call for more money. I purchased a countertop from Lowe's last summer. When installed the countertop was dull and I was very disappointed. When I called the store they told me to contact their Installation Department. I contacted them and they told me to call the company that installed it. I was given the run around. Lowes delivery service is the worst! They promise delivery day after day and do not show up. They seem to think the customers time is not valuable and we have nothing better to do than wait on them hour after hour day after day! Lowes is losing good customers because of this! Leaving them one star is not low enough!
