I am 60 years old and only recall one sales experience that was this bad. Their phones are not answered or they pick up and hang up on you or pick up and put you on hold forever, They schedule delivery dates and times and don't show up. I had to take off twice from my full time job to be home for a delivery. It's impossible to speak with a supervisor. I didn't realize how messed up they were but apparently there are entire websites dedicated to complaining. I don't know what can be done but it doesn't seem right that they ca... read more

It is extremely frustrating experience for me. After installation of my carpet, the T-molds that protect 's the carpet has not been installed after 2 months have passed.and still waiting to get it installed. It has been a horrible experince with Lowes and Pro-source!

I think my refrigerator should have been repaired or replaced. I bought it in April of 2019 and purchased a 5 year warranty. In July 2021 I reported it was not cooling and as of today 10/21 it is still not repaired. Meantime I am paying rent on one and was told today that the next repair date is November 8th which will be 4 months of waiting. I have waited long enough.

On August 2021 i saw some window's @ Lowe's in glen burnie that i wanted to purchase so i called and was referred to Justin F*****, he came to my home show me the windows and i aggressed to order them he advised me that a contractor would come out to measure the windows , finally in September the contractor comes and measure my windows and tells me Justin will contact me about the deposit because i wanted them installed before it got cold fast forward to today October 18th as of today i have called Justin F***** weekly, left... read more

Purchased a stove hood with cash at Lower in Tuscaloosa, AL. The box had a yellow sticker with code written on it in permanent marker but thought nothing of it at the time. (I believe they sold me a damaged product already returned by someone else and placed back on shelf). I opened box up later once cabinets being installed and hood was dented. Went to get tile for a home project. Found the tile we wanted, and then the employees searched the store for like an hour and a half. They couldn’t find the tile but their system said they had it. This is very very unorganized. We then decided we would pay to order the tile, and we were told it would take a week and a half. We paid over $650 up front. If I could, I would give no stars. Here is my experience in dealing with Lowes. Below is my email that I sent to Lowes customer service in early September: I wanted to write to you today to let you know how utterly frustrated I am with my experience at Lowes and how poor the service and experience has been. I was given miss information on purchasing an GE dryer. the date was incorrect for deliver. The dryer was damaged on arrival. I wasn't offered an discount or apology for what had happened. After I told them I didnt want the dryer it took them three times to clear my credit card for my refund. I wouldnt want anyone else to experience what i have.

Lowe's protection plans are a waste of money. My Samsung washer has been broken for over six weeks. When I call the technician they sent out They don't answer their phone or return calls. The Lowe's people I talk to at protection plus just say they will escalate the problem to the resolution them and service support team but they don't respond. I want my machine replaced as stated in the warranty documents as well as the price of the extended warranty.
