I ordered a range on August 16th. I was to be at the store on August 30th. I didn't receive any communication from the company till I called on August 30th. I called from August 30 to September 2. Every time I called I got a different story on where the stove was. I finally got an employee that wanted to help on the 2nd. She found that there was a confirmation that the stove was delivered to a warehouse in Washington. But after being received in Washington it just seemed to disappear no one knows where it went. I don't know where to even start with all the trouble I've had in just the last 3 months. I first bought a washer and dryer with the 5 yr warranty and was delivered the wrong washer. I thought by just keeping the washer to save them and us the ****** and mess was an easy solution since all the difference was the one I had originally ordered had the agitator and the one delivered didn't. Lowes tells cashiers to sign up customers who don't own a business to start a business account for their store. Unethical because these people don't own a business, don't sign for any credit card and then one is sent in the mail based in ******************* it's a credit card not a rewards card. Don't fall for their unethical behavior.

Made online purchase that claimed the order was approved and then waited over 2 days for confirmation email and nothing. Then called ***** number and all I got was automated message stating they are working on the order. Then called store directly they looked it up and said order not completed something must be wrong with credit card. They proceed with another purchase done over the phone but I would have to call there online number next day to cancel the previous order. No other local stores had item in stock. ?On August 5, we ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator, a ******* washer, a ******* dryer and two pedestals. The order was initiated online and finalized on the phone. We were closing on our new home on August 15th and delivery for the pedestals was scheduled for August 16th and the rest would arrive on the 17th. i do not recommend lowes services. their expert in store recommended a hisense dishwasher for me. i also signed up to have lowes come in and install my dishwasher. i took the day off to have the installer come in, and when he got to my house, he immediately said the dishwasher would not fit, he barely even looked at the area. the installer also advised that it was a good thing this dishwasher didnt get installed because it is a "piece of s***" ( actual quote). in hindsight, i think that the installer just did not want to ins... read more

Lowes ******************************** installed a Whirlpool Stacked washer and Dryer on July 19, 2022, in our cabin. During the installation, the floor was damaged. We created a claim, Number *******. Lowes has requested multiple pictures of the damage which we provided along with two quotes for the cost of the repair. The Lowes installers also inspected the damage and provided a report. Lowes AGREES the damage was done during installation. Lowe's rebates are a complete scam! Based on remise alone they will make you **** down your rebate. I have waited 3 1/2 months for a rebate that should have been completed within 6 days at most. Shop elsewhere and do not fall for false rebate claim promises! This rating is really like 0 stars.

I wouldn't even give Lowes 1 star!!! Bought a ******* refrigerator in October 2020 and took out the warranty as well. What a run around!! Called Lowes and they were RUDE! I told them the refrigerator was not cooling and they said to contact the warranty company. The warranty company had no record of my purchase. I asked to speak to a manager and they put me on hold for 10 min!!! They told me they couldn't get someone out to even look at it for 2 WEEKS!!!
