So my wife and I needed a refrigerator quick,Lowes website claimed we could get one as quickly as 3days. So we bought 1 online. Come to find out the delivery won't be for about 2 weeks. No one in their right mind would use these people. The managers just smile and say "oh yes I will do that" and then don't. I have been waiting for a washer to be delivered for 1 month. Just got a call from the delivery man that he was in Virginia and could not get here. I have gotten emails to rate how the delivery went....what delivery. I ordered a "White ***** Security Door", a "Keyed Entry *************** Pack", and a "White ************** Door Weatherstrip" on Aug. 14th on their website and payed for truck delivery. The first 2 items were delivered on Aug.18th but the 3rd item (the weatherstrip) was missing. The truck driver said it was crossed off their list of items to deliver. Just awful. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! I bought a Whirlpool fridge for an apartment in Oct 2019. I have had 3 service calls in less than 3 years and the A&E technician cannot figure out whats the problem. I called in early June 2022 and still have not been able to get it repaired for the FOURTH time. Store is less than useful. Thier extended warranty is a joke. Mangers not helpful at all. My dryer has been broken for 2 weeks. I bought an extended warranty with it. I contacted the warranty dealer. Made two appointments both which resulted in no call no shows. Warranty provider is giving me the run around. Store manager says ***** is nothing he can do. Terrible experience buying a GE fridge from Lowes. First delivery attempt I made myself available to be at home - but they "forgot" to order my fridge. Second time - the delivered fridge was severely damaged (upper and lower righthand corners crushed, inside shelf is broken) and I am promised an exchange. Third time - the delivery driver does not have the promised fridge on the truck. Fourth time - delivery driver is a no-show. Wall oven install, returned text from contractor vetted through Lowes to confirm 10am-2pm window. Installers never showed. Said they tried to call even though a text to confirm date and time had been sent days prior. Ordered kitchen cabinets on same day as wall oven. Specs not followed. Installer had to enlarge space in cabinet to accommodate wall oven that I have since returned and have purchased from a small local business with favorable user ratings. I will no longer be shopping Lowes.
I will never set foot in this establishment again. In 07/29/22 I went into the Lowes store to purchase several items for upgrades to my half bath. No one in the **** ******* store knows anything so I decided to purchase the items online. Wow! I thought my Lowe's experience in *******, ** would be shocking but after seeing these reviews it's obvious this is just the way they do business.In a nutshell, we had four dryers and two washers delivered over a two week period before we received two that actually worked properly.The delivery guys scratched our hardwood floors in two areas and they drove their truck through my front lawn, leaving a thirty foot trench.
