I worked at this lowes for almost 10 years. The last year I was harrased and threatened by a fellow employee and was repeatedly ignored by management, and even threatened at one point when the harrassment went so far as me having to go to the police station for it. I purchased a washer and them to deliver and hook up. they broke the water line and would not pay for the damage. the reason was the water lines were plastic line was old wouldn't cover them.

I dont want to even do a 1 star .... recently purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on june 5th 2022 and have had it serviced 3 times due to not cooling this last time I was told computer needs replaced I said its 2 months old .... well it maybe ? the problem he says but we cant get parts for 8 weeks ,,, so now no refrigerator and LOWEs offers me nothing.... says well we are Sorry ....

I've placed 2 recent orders for items they claimed were abundantly in stock only to have my orders cancelled because they can't find the items. There inventory was off by 260 on one of the items. I use their own app to find the location of items and it is frequently incorrect. I have requested someone over the store level contact me about this stores performance but not expecting anything will come from it.

Lowes ********** is the most disorganized experience with a store I have ever had. I bought a dryer in the store and arranged a day for it to be delivered and installed. They charged me for multiple parts so that everything would be there to install. They said they would remove the charges for parts we didn't need later. I arrange to spend the entire delivery day waiting at my home, because they can't tell you when the will come to deliver. When they finally did come, they did not have the parts to install! I went to return an item with out a receipt, it was a small purchase less than $25 and was told without a receipt they could not give a return. I was not asking for the cash, I was okay with store credit. They told me it was up to managers discretion and the manager said they are not allowing any returns without a receipt. I advised the return policy as posts says they do and she said they will get it removed. Bought a storm door one month ago,the installer can out 13 days ago, he took my old door then told me new door didn't fit, he found damage on door frame he told me he would return to Lowes and call me,well that's when problems started, I have made 6calls to Lowes talked to two managers and no one has called me back once! No next step no nothing have also called and text install company Lowes uses and not one word. I am so frustrated! Now I have do door and no answers.

I know the delivery service is likely contracted out but seriously ****pm time. they call at 2:30. Guy on the phone tells me he is very concerned about getting out of my driveway because I am in a dead end complex road. 2 minutes later my boyfriend who was taking the delivery texted me saying he smells horrid like Marijuana. Really, is that how you show up at peoples homes? Stone then complain you might be able to back out of a driveway.. NO LIKELY You can if your stoned... I am beyond happy...

Save yourself a headache and never use Lowes for a fence installation. In January we paid cash for a fence to be installed in May, excited as we were things began taking a huge turn for the worst. Lowes did not order enough product to install our fence no caps no gate no lattice decor! We patiently rescheduled for June 14th and our fence was installed. What a nightmare!!!
