I have Lowes offering me a settlement in a botched fence installation. In order to receive this settlement, they require a Release of Claims contract to be signed. In this said contract, it also releases Lowes from warranting the fence installation. I am tired of these companies taking advantage of people, and I want to try to prevent them from doing it again.

I tried to purchase a washing machine from Lowes. The worst experience ever. From visiting the store and being told to do a price match I needed to order online and deal with the chat person. I literally sat in the parking lot of Lowes and ordered the unit which took 1 1/2 hours. Then my washer was not delivered and customer service told me it was, then they reordered and on the date promised it was damaged and then another person said it never made the truck. Which is it? Avoid buying flooring! All you get is a run around when trying to get things fixed!Have been calling, after they tell me, they will call, only to get another person telling me that they need even more time!They don't get that I'm a customer, and, have paid good money for their service, and. I'm not happy with the outcome!Yes, the pandemic and, other things, have deterred my making the fixes,.....but,....had a year, used a good portion of it,....and, now,...only getting put off, over & over again!

Attempts to purchase using my Lowes credit card fraudulently keep occurring.I literally activated it yesterday 8/18/22 and today 8/19/22 I received a notice that there was an attempt to purchase on my card fraudulently again. This is the third time. I live in one state and it keeps happening in a PA store. Is this an inside job? I will not be activating my card but what is really happening here? Who can look into this?

I purchased 3 gallon of paint on July3, 2022 and another gallon on July 4, 2022. The painter over estimated the amount of paint needed for the job.I tried to return 2 gallon of the paint on Aug.12,2022 and was told there was a 30 day return policy. It's just white paint nothing added to the paint. The return clerk said there was nothing she could do, a manager was called and said he couldn't do anything. Lowe's Home Improvement Center, ****, ** did an install sales of a bath and kitchen for me starting in Fall 2018. These projects took over a year to complete even though the sales/design/contractor team had indicated 3 months to completion. The sales person recommended a product from the *************** (TM) for the shower. She said that it was carefree and guaranteed for life. Terrible customer service from @********************** of ************** Delivered a broken item and would not refund the $79 local delivery fee - 2hours wait on the phone and no resolution This is why more and more people turn to ********** This will be the last time we order from them

ZERO STARS! I really hope people read these reviews. I will NEVER buy anything from Lowes again. They have lost a customer for life and I will share my experience on all platforms in hopes that I can stop others from having to deal with this type of service.
