It has been over two months that I contacted Lowes that the fence they installed that the gates needed replaced. Lowes doesnt do anything to help. You have to do all the leg work!!! Still nothing is being done.
Lowes is NOT A COMPANY of integrity. They have you PAID FULL SERVICE before a job is completed. Then they give you VERY POOR SERVICE, LIES, and WILL NOT RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS OR EMAIL!! They contract the work/ job order out to a 3rd party (SERVICE PRO) and they also provide **** POOR SERVICE. Lowes / Service Pro sent ONE installer to put down ceramic tile on 2 bathroom floor, 1 washroom floor, hardwood on the bedroom floor and closet, and hardwood on the cat walk. I purchased a dryer on 08/30/2022. The dryer was delivered on 09/04/2022. but the installation team did not bring what they needed hook it up. They did not bring a elbow duct or a 3 prong cord for the dryer to work. Lowes sent 2 sales associates to my home to complete the hook up. The dryer worked for 3 days and stopped. Trying to buy a dishwasher. Terrible service and very frustrating! On hold for over an hour and no one could help. Kept putting me on hold over and over again because no one could answer a basic question about installation. Kept telling me I had to pick up dishwasher at store, when I ordered and paid for dishwasher, installation, and delivery online. Would give a minus score if I could.
Purchased a GE washer and dryer from Lowes. The earliest they could deliver it was five days later. They said it would be delivered on a Sunday between 9 AM and 1 PM. We got a call at 2:30 PM on Sunday stating they were 10 mins away. We left our friends house and met them there. They delivered and installed the new appliances and left. Purchased a refrigerator at Lowes in *********, ** and paid for the water line which was supposed to get me the free install. Bought on a Saturday and was supposed to be delivered on the following Tuesday. That didnt happen, so Wednesday was the next option. That didnt happen either. Then Friday nope. Then came Sunday. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE!! I would give no star at all if possible. Purchased a dryer on Sept. 5 and was promised delivery for the next day 9/6. Took a day off work for this. Never received information on a delivery time so I called the store on 9/6 at 10am. I was told there was a mix up but they would get someone to bring it to me ASAP. I will never ever buy any major appliance from Lowes again. Spirit Logistics is horrendous and I am exhausted trying to get a ******* dryer switched out that they damaged during delivery. Not only did they damage it, they did not install the pegs and they ruined my premium corkboard flooring that I ordered from Lowes which was only installed 4 maybe 5 years ago.
