I contracted Lowes to install some doors. It was a complete nightmare. The Lowes team was useless and credited installer was horrible. I would run as fast as you can in the other direction. Dont waste your time utilizing Lowes for installation.
Major ripoff in hot springs ark. I bought a ******* washer/dryer and paid to have it installed by Lowe's. I had NO idea Lowe's uses a 3rd party installation team. These in**mpetent installers did not tighten up the screws on the terminal block and almost burned my home down if not for breakers thrown. It destroyed the dryer terminal block. Today i was expecting a delivery from Lowes. I just got a call part of my order was out of stock. How can you run a business like this. Why didn't I know when order was placed? Cxld entire order and will go to *********** Never again.
Had lowes do a siding job took a month longer than was told. When they delivered my siding nag they dropped it in my front yard and on a Tuesday I believe did not start job until the next week. Killed my grass. Then the installer broke my septic system box because they did not unscrew it. They installed Siding and. Left pieces on the ground and we started using the dryer and when then installed my vent they never hook hose up. My complaint is the service my wife and I received for the purchase of a kitchen island. We visited the Lowe's store at the Polaris (********) location. We worked with a sales rep. in the kitchen section to design our island and select a countertop. We paid in full. She told us it could take up to 18 weeks to get it in. I called her on July 9 (18 weeks later) to get an update. She said it would be in on July 29. I heard nothing after that date, so, I called her on August 4. Worst delivery system ever! Purchased new refrigerator on 9-6-22. Delivery on 9-10-22 between 3 pm and 7 pm. Delivery made 3 hours early. I was at work and returned their call. They were still in area and returned. Refrigerator was dented and scratched. Delivery people wanted me to make all calls reporting problem. Will never use Lowes delivery service again. What a joke. 1st delivery the made a comment that they were going to leave my item outside my garage door. Then they took the doors of my house to get the item in, then decided not to put it in, left and never put the doors back on. Now going to deliver door replacement door that was damaged on delivery and would not even deliver on the date and I the time that I requested.
On August 24, 2022 I was needing help in the electrical department so the cashier called for assistance. Ten minutes later no help showed up, so the cashier once again called for assistance. Fifteen minutes passed and still no help. I told her I felt no one wanted to help that day and the cashier said, " We are busy doing inventory today." I asked, "Too busy to help a customer?!!"
