I ordered a refrigerator they delivered it on a Friday it wouldnt fit through my door. The delivery guy said they would contact me by the next day which was Saturday and if they dont to cal. I called next afternoon she said nothing could be done its the weekend. Someone will call Monday.Same problem well this is Thursday afternoon Ive spoken with at least 13 people no exaggeration supposedly been escalating so my refund would be put through. We had flooring places on June 21st 2022. They placed our flooring and forgot to order the transition pieces and quarter round. They also removed part of our flexco without asking. We were told it would be 5 days until we heard an install date for that. I waited two weeks and called them. A work order was never placed. We finally got an install date on a Friday and no one showed up or called. We called and they rescheduled for Monday. Monday they come and place the transitional pieces and part of the quarter round. Lowes in ******* ** is great if you just need something for a small project or something in stock. But do no get fencing done. I ordered beginning of January and as of today 7/21/22 I only have poles in my yard that have been there since last Wednesday. After having the order delivered to the store the 1st time, they sold it to other customers, then the second time they are still missing parts which is why I'm still waiting. I ordered a ***** grill on June 24th to be delivered on July 1st already assembled. Still have not gotten the grill but they charged my credit card for the full amount. It was supposed to be delivered 7 different times already and every time we wait for it, and every time it never shows up. Last week was the icing on the cake, they delivered an assembled grill and when I opened it up to check it out, someone had very clearly already used that grill to **** something and there was still food residue on the grates! Bought Clearance trees, **** less than a year. They died with the hot weather we are having and Lowes will not refund my items although the system would take the refund. Supervisor will not allow it. As a consumer you buy from clearance items with the freedom knowing that refunds are excepted if died within the year. There are no signs stating that clearance tress, bushes, perennial are not refundable.

I ordered a stand up shower on June 11, 2022. It was supposed to be delivered on June 23, 2022. It was not delivered until June 30,2022. It came damaged. I was on vacation when it was delivered. My dad was there when it was delivered and sent me pictures of the damaged box. When I got home, I called customer service on July 8, 2022 and filed a complaint. I purchased interior door installation in December of 2021 for $7500 of product with a contract to install. Their system placed an order with manufacturers rather than taking existing stock on hand, delaying delivery to March of 2022. In the interim, they changed their contract administrator and vendors. A partial installation occurred due to wrong products delivered and their internal system closed out the install work order. If I could give a -star I would. I have had so many problems with Lowes I ordered windows and doors a year and month ago I have 1 complete custom door out of 3, and custom storm door out 3 (plus of of the custom doors was a doggie door) 3 correct window out of 10!! 2 correct screens!! My custom front door has been returned front door 2x's, 1st time the paint was bad the second time the door did not fit. The first time 7 out of 10 windows were the wrong size!!! I chose Lowes for my window replacement. Started in April with mismeasurement of windows, drop off of windows days before instalation. Lowes was told I had no wifi, no internet or printing capabilities, Lowes said they emailed me with this. I did not sign agreement about storing order, nor moving furniture. I do have long receipt copy of which I signed. One reason or another the installers were fighting, after two months for 6 windows, I lost 3 days of pay to accommodate Lowes.
