I paid cash for a **** Deer Riding Lawn Mower. It was a lemon, I had to file a BBB complaint to get my money back for the Riding Lawn Mower on 7/31/2022. As of 8/1/2022 I have not been refunded for the 3 years Warranty I paid for $384.97. I purchased the Warranty through Lowes but now they are telling me it's going to take 3-4 weeks in order to get a refund which they would not give me the information of where my money went to, like what state their warranty customers service for the Warranty are taken the money from custome... read more

Lowes warranty protection plan, is a scam. Please do not waste your money on that. Lowes makes fault promises and lie to you about the protection plan.They use a third party company: ******************* they do not fulfill the promises they lie to you over and over.If you try to contact Lowes to get a resolution they can't help. You get send in a never ending loop. I wait over 29 days to my stuff fix, I am done with them I will never ever set a foot on Lowes.

Unspeakable Incompetence with Appliance Dep I purchased a washer/dryer combo for my mother's apartment in a senior community. The first delivery they forget to bring the stackable tray. I also realized the unit would not work for her so I returned $2400 in appliances. Then I needed to go to the store twice to get them to refund the return of the first unit. We were very happy with the service from the ****, ** store in 2018. We have been pleased with the service from the 3 ********** area stores. Last week, however, the "service" at the store in ***** was so nonexistent that we wonder if we will be regular Lowe's customers again, and we will NEVER step foot in this store in ***** again!We live 100 miles away from any Lowe's, so our trips are infrequent and it is not convenient to return something. Advertised online delivery dates are misleading. Ie, next day, fine print says, estimated. Still waiting.

I ordered carpet on June ****it is August 1....NO CARPET yet. They came on July 6 and removed my old carpet and padding, and put in new padding, but "carpet" was too small for the room. They re-measured it, it was short by several inches. The carpet was reordered, my home is a wreck, the "new" padding that has been down for over a month is probably torn up, furniture is everywhere, and I have taken off of work twice, for NOTHING. I have been shopping at Lowes for many years now actually since they first arrived in **********, **. I have a Lowe's business account and usually spend about $35k each year..Recently I visited a store and was wondering if I went into the wrong place. It was hard to tell whether it was a pet store or a hardware store. There were at least 20 dogs in the store. I used to own dogs but developed a very bad allergy to them. Went to return a rose **** at Lowe's in ********** **, that was bought last month using my lowe's card and lowe's advantage card. The woman ***** at customer service called me liar and accused me of stealing it. Later to find the purchase on lowes card. The woman was extremely hostile and seemed mentally unstable the way she spoke to me. She was offensive and threatening. I ordered a washer/dryer set from Lowes in May, for a July delivery. While I was into the 4th hour of waiting for delivery, the delivery date was suddenly changed to a 12 hour window on the next day. No one called, texted or emailed to explain. I was able to reschedule for a four hour window. However, the delivery guys noticed damages on both the washer/dryer when they took them off the truck.
