We were seated immediately. Server gets drink order, then comes back to get appetizer order. Finally we get to place our food order. After an extended wait time for our food (server keep telling us they had a backlog of to go orders) we finally get our food and it is lukewarm at best. Part of it is cold. Our server gets the manager, (who acted like we were an inconvenience).He takes the food back to the kitchen and we wait again. We arrived at restaurant at approximately 6:15 and we are finally eating at 7:30.
Sat at the bar ,I was eating alone , for 30 minutes or more. Prime Rib was so bad even my waitress complain gave me another one loss the desire to eat . To go box . Last time eating here . Should have gone to STIX.
Had a blast! The food was great and so was our waiter! And great service,but shout out to Gage for being an amazing waiter and fun! #bornfree
If I could leave zero stars I would. Waited TWO HOURS here and when I went to get the manager, we told him we just wanted to pay what we owed (for drinks and the couple of salads we got) and he said he was going to check on something so he left... and NEVER CAME BACK!! What a joke! Logan's, do yourself a favor and get rid of that guy. Piss poor management at its finest.
Worst service ever. Took 45 mins to get food. Wanted peach tea refilled when food finally came and was told not free by waitress. But she would send manager over. He finally came over after 15 mins and said "no peach tea refills just so we would know next time" and he just walk away. He (Ken was his name)didn't even care about how the service was. Very unprofessionally. He needs to be a busboy instead of a manager!
Me and my wife just went in and was seated 15 min later after no one even noticing us we left and came across the street to outback immediately spoken to before we even got in the door
Very POOR. Seated in extreme corner facing wall with large table next to us full of dirty dishes although plenty of other tables available. Maybe 3 cubes of ice in drink. Ordered appetizers that we never got. Steak was tough and stringy. Baked potato was obviously old and reheated. No offer to refill our drinks. Silverware had dried food on it Another table next to us completed and people left. No effort was made to clear it I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
