We came in tonight at 6:00 my sister had just had chemo at the Kirkland clinic. She was tired and hungry. No one bothered to wait on us. Sat there for about 15-20 min when I finally asked the guy seating people who our waitress was. Mind you 2 waitresses Walked by our table several times. Not bothering to look at us. After waiting 10 mins to be acknowledged by the waitress my husband and i waited another 35 mins for our food..my wing were fried so hard i sent them back and ordered a country fried steak..it came out and tasted horrible.. we paid the 57.00 tab and left..NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION!!!
Worst place ever. Went there today(5/2) asked for a window booth, only to be told by the host/server or whomever he was that we couldn't sit in the area requested because no server was on just yet. His attitude was nasty & he walked off while I was asking a question. He placed us in a booth by the bar, which was awkward because I had my 6yr old son with me. Table was dirty as well as the floor. I will never return there & I'll inform my friends & family not to go there as well. Horrible!
Just got done trying to eat art his establishment. Awful two weeks in a row. Last week they had lettus for salads bit did they have mushrooms. This week the steaks were ice cold and the service was awful!! Only ate part of my food because our waitress didn't bring refills in our drink. Hey guys don't waste your time in going to this location!! Paid money and I'm still hungry!!!
I will never visit this location again. This past Sunday was my first and last time. Service is horrible,from the waitress to the kitchen.
Always enjoy going to logans .can't beat the prices.
Waited 30 minutes to get a table( which was ok) then ordered , waitress came back and said they were out of 1000 island so I changed to baked potato which I really didn't want, I had ordered chili, she came back and said they were out of that. I then had to settle for potato soup. We have been waiting on our food 40 mins and still haven't got it. Very poor management.
Never had a bad meal at either Fultondale or Ft. Walton Beach location
Service here used to be good. Hasn't been good the last year! Gave them another try today. The restaurant is dirty, service is slow and food was awful!
