Worst service ever. Server took our order then never saw him again. Kitchen staff brought our food. Never got our drinks and manager did nothing. Then to top it off our drinks were still on the bill. Horrible. Not up to Logan's standards at all. Choose another location! Well over a week now has past! Calls from district manager and all....they have added insult to injury! They sent a whole $30 in refunds via gift cards....please. they have just lost a frequent repeat customer.
Worst I've had in a while. Food was ok, service was non-existent.
Terrible. We waited an hour for our food, and it was mediocre at best. The food was lukewarm, and the chef messed up my mother's order. I'll never eat here again.
Started out aggravated with the disorganization at the front counter with the chaos of a Friday night and 2 young girls who didn't seen to communicate with the servers and able to see and I counted 12 empty tables during our 45 minute wait was taken to a table in a back corner. We have to wait 1 hour the food was good. !
We arrived at Logan ' s Restaurant at 5 & when I tell you it took 2 hrs for us to be seated & 2 more hours after that to receive our food on top of all that the chicken stripes were burnt & they ran out of some of the food that we ordered , it was A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE & on top of that it was my niece's graduation. .. Want be visiting that Logan' s Restaurant again...
Worst to go experience ever. Three to go orders and all of the food was burnt. I opened the box and the smell was horrible.
So the waitress was awful, never brought us silverware, or napkins.....the rolls was not done and they are my favorite. We finished eating and had to wait forever to pay, I think she forgot we was there, along with the rest of the ppl that had been waiting.
Had a great meal, service was quick, good fresh salad, stake was perfect, and we had the battered mushrooms for app.. we will be going back many times. rh
