I think Logan's don't treat their customers right.
Logan's has seriously gone downhill. Poor food, even worse service. Haven't been back in over a year after my last bad meal. We decided to give it another shot because of the promotion for the free burger. We pull up at 4:45 and they have signs on the door that they aren't accepting anymore coupons. The promotion was for Monday and Tuesday but by 4:45 pm on Monday they weren't honoring it any longer?!?
Only because there is no zero option! This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. And, there was a roach crawling on the table beside us. Horrible management, horrible food, horrible experience...
We love Logans!! The one in Trussville is SO good. We eat there often and the food, the service and the atmosphere is fantastic

OMG, They need 2 bring the smokin' wings back!!!!! Why were they taken off the menu??????......smh

How about turning down the air conditioning? It's hard to enjoy my dinner when I feel like I'm eating in Antartica!
This server Jeff is the worst server I've ever had in my life! I had to ask him what his name was, he stepped on my shoes and didn't even think about apologizing. I was seated at the only table without peanuts (that my two kids love), I had to ask for rolls (that my two kids also love) and if the other servers are anything like him I wouldn't eat here if I was you!!! So now you can't say anyone didn't tell you about this awful service here!
