Crap hole
Horrible experience. Our server obviously did not want to be there. She tried to talk us out of ordering what we wanted. She was non-existent after we ordered and hadn't brought all we needed, so we went without for a very long time. Someone else brought us our apps, and we didn't see her again till she came back to tell us that she had just put our order in, even though we had ordered quite some time before. I went here Friday and a dead roach was in my food! I spoke with the regional manager and he was no help. So I sent the health department my compliant with the pictures of my food with the roach.
I love the Eastwood location. The food wasn't hot, my frozen drink was like water, & the waitress was not attentive nor friendly. Never came back to our table, but attended to guests all around us. She was given a nice tip by my friends. I didn't think she deserved it. But, I guess everyday can't be your best. Even when you try.
