Left after 15 minutes of not even being acknowledged by wait staff. Location was not busy. Called manager and she offered nothing, just said she would look into it. Won't be back.

The food is good and my advice is not to try and go on a Sunday cause it's very crowded and people be done eating and still sitting around table hogging so if you're looking for a good server her name is Laura and she has great customer service and I will definitely be going back

Me and my family sat for about 20 mins outside to wait. ( no problem) then we got seated the lady came got our orders. She brought us drinks that's it! We had no straws asked her never saw her again. Asked another waiter for straws and rolls finally got that! Then after about an hour of sitting there we had enough. Asked another lady if we could change waiters and she went and checked came back told us our waiter left us and never put in our order! We left,we will never b back again. We had no service! The food was good but the service was terrible. It took 45 minutes to get our food and the restaurant was not even half full. If we asked for anything the waiter acted like it was the biggest imposition. I've always liked Logan's but I will not be going back to this location again.

Had lunch with a few friends in the city for " Magic City Classic " . We enjoyed the service and food ! The food portions were large .Nice atmosphere �

We had our son's birthday dinner. There was 9 people at our table. It took 20 minutes for someone came and took our drink order. Ran out of drink I had to get up to find someone to bring tea to our table. After order of food, some was ok mine had to be put back on grill, not a different piece of meat. Not on any hurry to return. Waitress had tables on the other side of restaurant plus us she tried hard to keep up.

Tried one of the new sandwiches and it was cold and dry..the concept is good but it should probably be sold as an open face
