What happened to your Location in Fultondale ? The only thing good about this visit was our server and the seating person. The quality of your menu was badly lacking. While some things were OK, some weren't . the freshly battered mushrooms looked like the batter just slid off into the deep fryer leaving it looking like sauteed mushrooms , the lobster was very rubbery , the ribeye steaks were tasteless. Excellent waitress. She came to our table about every 10 minutes to see if we were ok or needed anything. Her name was Liz.

It was not a good experience and would never go here again, we had to flag down a manager who was very very rude to us and went to another table first because they had messed the other tables food up and then we finally got to ask for a refill our glasses were empty and had to ask for rolls for our food , they sent someone else to our table and she wasnt very nice either, the food was good but after the attitude we got i didnt even finish mine

Me and my family went to eat there tonight. Im a fan of logans, always great staff and food. However tonight while eating my mac and cheese what i thought was a peice of stringy cheese was actually a lovley hair that i was pulling out of my mouth. The management was nice about the issue as was i but i do think i could have gotten a coupon of something for my next visit seeing how i literally ate the hair and pulled it out of my mouth. It is gross vut i do understand accidents happen.

I really hate to say it but our waiter seemed to have a problem with my race. We sat down at 6:06 and we got rolls at 6:22 he took the drink and appetizer order and at 6:35 another table who were seated 15 minutes after us they were getting their food. Complained to the manager and they moved us to another seat at 6:40 and at 6:42 she took our order and gave us drinks and rolls and our food was out at 7:04 and all the manager said was he was sorry the waiter is new

Service was so bad. My'food was ok. We may have seen our waitress 3 times. Never had anything to drink. Charged for stuff she never brought. Fultondale, AL Needs to up your game.
Service was terrible got charged for two beers and only got one food was cold. Baked potato couldn't melt the butter. The peanuts was the only good thing there.
