As always, exceptional service I used to be leery of the idea of owning a luxury car and how it might break the bank for me, however Infiniti of Kirkland has done much to assuage my fears. Recently I purchased a 2010 G37x. It also had locking lug nuts (with no key) that needed to be taken off and replaced by new ones from Infiniti and some trouble codes that need to be reset. I went into Infiniti of Kirkland on November 27th to schedule an appointment with Chris, presumably a service manager. My wife and I purchased a new JX35 and had simply THE BEST buying experience we have ever had getting a vehicle. The salesman, Dan Wilson, has set a new standard for attention to detail and customer service. In the end one of the key reasons we decided to go with Infiniti over the other luxury brands was the fantastic job Dan did during the sales process. We just wanted to give him our business. And let me also say that the rest of the Infiniti of Kirkland team was just as terrific. We'll definitely be going back to them.
Don't ever go there for any repair works. They'll charge you $1700 for a part worth $700 on infinitipartscenter.net (Labor not included).
This dealership treated us like royalty while we were in and ended up purchasing our car. Since we have left the dealership, it has taken me 2 weeks to get a response on status of Keyless remote entry keys and the installation of Lo-Jack. I never did get a response from the salesman. This dealership let me buy a new car and take it home. They then called up after the papers were signed and told me that there was an issue with my trade in... And told me I would have to pay an additional $3000 for repairs to my trade in. Ridiculous. No customer service at all! Beware when dealing with them. I've never had such an awful experience ever.
Fahad Usmani did an outstanding job of helping me along in my decision process in terms of providing me with viable options to meet my financial objectives. I was ultimately able to get the car I wanted without the financial parameters I desired.
We received the contact information of this dealership through Costco Auto. We were expecting a "pre-negotiated" deal without further hassle. We were VERY disappointed. The test drive went well. But as soon as we start talking about the price, I found Matthew is playing the old car buying games with us. He started with a price that is WAAAAY high. Then he is asking us to "make an offer".
