Infrequent visits are enough Twenty-five words? I didn't know this had an essay requirement. Infinity of Kirkland has been an excellent dealership to work with. The only problem is that repairs are so expensive I dread taking my car in. There's nothing cheap about the vehicle. It's a great car and they do a great job of taking care of you but specific design elements drive up the maintenance and repair costs.
Excellent customer service AJ is friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Excellent customer service as always and a great ongoing client/customer relationship. I am never kept waiting when I arrive and all the service staff at Infiniti of Kirkland are helpful.

As always, exceptional service I used to be leery of the idea of owning a luxury car and how it might break the bank for me, however Infiniti of Kirkland has done much to assuage my fears. Recently I purchased a 2010 G37x. It also had locking lug nuts (with no key) that needed to be taken off and replaced by new ones from Infiniti and some trouble codes that need to be reset. I went into Infiniti of Kirkland on November 27th to schedule an appointment with Chris, presumably a service manager. I work 9am – 5pm during the week so he informed me that I’d need to come in on Wednesday or Thursday because of the extended shop hours. My wife and I purchased a new JX35 and had simply THE BEST buying experience we have ever had getting a vehicle. The salesman, Dan Wilson, has set a new standard for attention to detail and customer service. In the end one of the key reasons we decided to go with Infiniti over the other luxury brands was the fantastic job Dan did during the sales process. We just wanted to give him our business. And let me also say that the rest of the Infiniti of Kirkland team was just as terrific. We'll definitely be going back to them.
Don't ever go there for any repair works. They'll charge you $1700 for a part worth $700 on infinitipartscenter.net (Labor not included).
This dealership treated us like royalty while we were in and ended up purchasing our car. Since we have left the dealership, it has taken me 2 weeks to get a response on status of Keyless remote entry keys and the installation of Lo-Jack. I never did get a response from the salesman.
