I took my car in to service after another dealer could not find the problem or give me an inteligent answer for my concern. Chris in service greeted me as if I were royalty and without question, put me into a service loaner and I was on my way. I hope someone besides the other auto owners reads this--like the Dealership Owner or Infiniti--- I have never had BETTER service anywhere than what Linda Ross provides--she is the absolute best. I have owned Porsche's and Mercedes and the service was good but not like what Linda and your mechanics have provided me. I have owned 4 Infiniti's bought at Infiniti of Kirkland. I like the cars but most important I love the quality of service and the personal touch I receive Linda Ross. Linda has been my go to person for many years and she makes bringing one's car for service a pleasant experience.
This dealership is by far the best and most personable dealership out of any luxury brands out there. No frills or gimicks, straight forward, honest, and they have been there for as long as I have needed them (10 years) and longer while other Infiniti dealerships have come and gone. Strongly recomend this dealership for sales and service.
My family has been going to Infiniti of Kirkland for 13 years and one of the main reasons has been Linda Ross in their customer service department. She goes above and beyond what is expected so that we are satisfied with our service. You can trust her to make sure that your car will be running strong and safe for many years! I would find it very hard to buy another make of car since I know this type of customer service is hard to find.
This is my first Infiniti (I have an FX35) and I absolutely love my car!! The employees are so friendly, but the best one is Linda Ross. She always meets me outside when I get out of my car, always has a smile, and she even gives me a hug. Great customer service. I have been dealing with Infiniti of Kirkland for several years and have never had a bad experience. I just recently bought another car from them. If your looking for a new or used car, it is worth the time to stop in and see them.
Linda is the very great person. My wife and I drive from Moses Lake Wa. to have all our work done on our car because of Linda. I want to say thank you to Kirkland Infinity for employing her. This is my third FX from Infiniti of Kirkland. I went and test drove a Porsche but I didn't feel like a valued customer. These cars are expensive and I want to feel special. Infiniti of Kirkland treats me like I'm special. On top of that it feels like family! The fact that the same people are still working for Infifinti of Kirkland after all these years says something about the work environment. People don't stay where they are not valued.
