The BEST service department ever! Took our car in for some work this last week. Just got our car back today and everything was done as requested. We love this dealership, our car and especially Linda Ross. Linda always goes out of her way to make sure that we are satisfied with the service of our car. Worst Infiniti Dealer I have worked with, period. This is the worst Infiniti dealer we have seen in 5 years - a shame to Infiniti. My car recently got some ignition problems. I visited the service department on a Friday morning. Without any diagnosis, Linda Ross, the service supervisor who worked for me, was already pretty sure it was a battery problem and tried to convince me to replace the battery for over $200. Great service Great Service and customer support. I like the fact that you can schedule your appointment on line and that you get an email reminding you of your upcoming appointment.
Oil Change I brought my QX 80 in for a oil change Ryan was ready when I got there and I was out in less time then they said it would take under promise over deliver I like it. Also Ryan gave a discount for being a loyal customer how nice and I didn't even ask for a discount

Q50 WOW Walked into Infiniti of Kirkland and I ran into Michael who sold me a vehicle at another dealership. This was actually great because I called that dealer looking for Michael since he told me if I ever wanted a different brand to reach out to him since he knew a number of people in the business. I was very happy I ran into him. He showed me the new Q50 and I can see why Michael changed brands that car is WOW just WOW. This sales person was awesome I visited infinit of kirkland the other day. Looking for a QX50 or QX70 Micheal Burrow helped me out. He was so informitive and really awesome to work with. No high pressure sales just plain down to earth real! Which i appreciated very much. Go in and ask for Micheal you won't be sorry you did.
Scheduled Maintenance I brought the vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, upon arriving the service bay, one of the service advisers greeted me and took me in the office, and I was in the customer lunge within 2 minutes. The lunge is clean, comfortable, and with plenty amenities to enjoy. My car was done in less than one hour. I had two other minor things that dealer also checked for me. This is the second time I've visited Infiniti of Kirkland, and every time I am very happy.
Excellent Dealership My husband and I have purchased two Infiniti's from Infiniti of Kirkland. It's by far the best service you can ask. Kerry Brady goes above and beyond to get you what you need. She's extremely knowledgeable about all the cars, service and really anything you need to know. She's my go to person. I always feel so welcomed when I come in for an oil change. I actually look forward to my service appointments. I highly recommend Infiniti of Kirkland. Ask for Kerry Brady!
