The team at infiniti of Bellevue was great. Jayelene did a great job on helping me understand what was needed and even when it would have cost my a lot of money she advised that I called consumer affairs to see if there was anything they could do to help with the situation. At the end they where able to complete the repair with a fraction of the cost to me.

Nicely prepped used car, seems like it is both well kept and prepared. Salesperson, Robert Justice, was pleasant and the transaction was straightforward. Some pressure to do a warranty and gap Insurance but nothing unusual. Good followup and I would, so far, buy from them again.

The tow cap cover on my 2017 QX60 disappeared. Not critical, but noticeable. So easy to get a new cover- needs to be painted to match and ready in a few days. All ordering and payment done on-line. Hope the new one stays on for a long time, but if it doesn’t, I know exactly where to go.
