I can't say enough about Sami! I brought in my car after a fight with a sidewalk ended in the sidewalk's favor. Sami told me he wasn't sure there was anything he could do, but he would do his best. He got my car in quickly. Informed me that it was not safe to drive, but he would see what he could do about getting me a replacement part. He tried everything he could before telling me I was out of luck in the nicest possible way. I see lots of good online reviews for Infiniti of Bellevue – my experience was literally Terrible. My wife’s car was recently totaled by a very bad hail storm and her car was her baby. This dealer had a nice used convertible that she liked, so I worked out a deal with the sales team (emails, phone calls, and texts).
