Alyssa was great but I thought unnecessary items were added as recommendations and it was a rip off with more than $3,300 in invoice. I had changed tires 2 year back from them and now they recommended changing again, I would suggest to be careful as they are trying to upsell and add unnecessary items, this is the first time I felt though I have been servicing from them since I bought the car from them in 2017.

Sami Dawood represents Infiniti well. He acknowledged us, kept us informed of cost and time, was knowledgeable and professional, so much so that I will request him every time we return. It was evident he cared. Infiniti needs more employees like him. Thanks to the technician also as our service did not help his paycheck very much, yet he got the job completed quickly.
