Asha is highly pro and very accomodating. She made sure my arrangements were made to get to and fro the dealership.
Fast, friendly, and they were able to provide me with an equivalent QX60 loaner free of charge while they completed inspections, repaires, & maintenance. Always a pleasure working with Arturo at Infiniti of Bellevue!
The service was excellent and well thought out. The staff was very professional. Service after the sale was 1000 %! I love my vehicle and I have found a great service department to take care of my vehicle. The pick up was excellent and easy. I knew what to expect and arranged my day accordingly. Wonderful job!!

For your most loyal customers you don’t need to charge the diagnostic fee as well as the credit card 3% especially if they are take you as trusted partner and are willing to pay large amounts for all their device needs with you. Otherwise everything else was great. Thanks!
The service performed was replacing fluids which cost over $900.00. Also. it actually cost me $23.00 to pay my bill due to a new system they are using. Nasty!

I enjoy going there. Never had any issues when I'm there. And let's talk about their snacks. Though I don't need them, but today when I was there. Them snacks helped my empty stomach this morning. They finished my belt faster than where I used to get my belt done. Oil and Tyer rotations were done the time I expected to be done. Great job, keep it up.

I love working with Brandon & Jaylene in service. I like how they also clean my car after service. They keep me updated on repairs. I like getting a loner car. I’m not fond of the new policy that another service person calls me after the car is inspected, I’d rather de only with my service person Brandon or Jaylene, I like the cleanliness & amenities of service center.
I always feel at home there and in and I am always treated with respect my car of course is in perfect condition. Thanks to this service.
