Service department very responsive. I loved the valet pick up and drop option if you live within a certain distance of the dealership (check with them).

Purchasing a car can be a back and forth indecisive time, let alone making this purchase 2,800 miles away. I was able to work with Jessica, Ryan and Brandon who answered every question sent pictures and went the extra mile for my purchase. You can tell it’s more than a sale for this team. The team at infiniti of Bellevue was great. Jayelene did a great job on helping me understand what was needed and even when it would have cost my a lot of money she advised that I called consumer affairs to see if there was anything they could do to help with the situation. At the end they where able to complete the repair with a fraction of the cost to me.
