Solid overall. But it's weak that they charge a 3 percent credit card fee, while also overcharging for services, cars, etc. How much money do you need to make? Don't have the same charge at Lexis. Don't have the same charge at Tesla.
Customes service second to none. I had a great experience. They took go9d care of me and my car.

Bellevue Infiniti is very friendly! My service advisor Asha kept me informed of my repair and made sure I had a loaner car to drive for the weekend. I had to take my car back in after the initial repair but it did get fixed.
I was greeted when I arrived by another person but was helped by Asha when we went over the service work. She was great and gave me an accurate time on how long things would take. I just needed an oil change since my tires had been replaced the week prior and the tire rotation wasn't necessary. I went ahead and let them complete the multi-point inspection in addition to the oil change which took an hour and a half. She told me it would be faster if I just did the oil change but the MPI was nice since it includes interior vac... read more
