I had a great experience buying a car at Infiniti of Bellevue. Friendly, helpful folks.
Very helpful and knowledgeable with infinity vehicles! Trouble shooter who was able to look into my warranty and save me the expense with replacements.
The service was done faster than estimated, with little to no waiting at drop-off or pick-up. My only complaint was the total charge but it was exactly what I was told up front.
Friendly service, quality work, accommodating, reliable, comfortable waiting area are what stands out at me when I think of your service dept.

Solid overall. But it's weak that they charge a 3 percent credit card fee, while also overcharging for services, cars, etc. How much money do you need to make? Don't have the same charge at Lexis. Don't have the same charge at Tesla.
Customes service second to none. I had a great experience. They took go9d care of me and my car.
