Great communication and attention to our issues. On top of the 1 day turn around they resolved a recall issue we were not aware of! Hats off to the Service and Parts Department.
We purchased our Infiniti QX60 a little over three years ago and feel the maintenance and service has been great.
This entire team is all around the best around. Very high integrity, level of care and attentiveness. 3rd Infiniti and the Bellevue team is a knock out. Go see Bobby.

I waited 2. 5 hours for an $300 oil change and my check engine light was on . He never discussed price or time with me once . Not too happy
