Smooth, easy process. We purchased from out of state and they were able to work the deal remotely, got us a decent rate and delivered the vehicle to our door. Very happy with our purchase and with Infiniti of Bellevue.

I scheduled a serivce appointment on a Friday evening via the Dealer Website for the next Saturday morning. I was having battery issues on my 2020 Q50. Alyssa greeted me with in seconds of me pulling in to the service bay and even remembered me from the last time I was there - over 4 years ago with a different vehicle.
