Took such good care of my car (and me!) One of the reasons we own two Infinitis from Infiniti of Kirkland is that we are always confident that Linda and Chris, as well as the rest of the service department, will always tend to our every need (good cookies, too). I also liked the idea of bringing in a coupon this time, so that even though the service cost more than taking the car to our other mechanic, it helped that the 10% off was available. Great idea!
Bought 03 G35 back in 03. Issues with brakes and dealership tired to pass it off as high performance vehicle- Lier's! Got a recall notice from infinity saying they would replace brakes for 3yr/36 miles. Then radio/AC issues started. Was told they had no ides what the issue was but they could replace the parts for about $1,500. Did some research and found that the radio/heater circuit board was defective and a recall was in place. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Infiniti of Kirkland (2 new and 1 used) and have been involved in two other transactions there, once with my mom and once with my boss. I am 59 years old and I have purchased more cars in my life then is probably prudent but I feel compelled to write something after reading some of the terrible things people have posting regarding such petty issues. I have nothing but bad things to say about this dealership. I went in for a used vehicle and came out with a rotten taste in my mouth. They deliberately confused and berated me, played coy games "I'll have to check with my manager" and point blank LIED on several occasions. I have never been so disgusted before. It was so bad, I wonder how these idiots sleep at night. STAY AWAY!
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Offered one price. During negotiation, number somehow went up $1k after splash guards purchased with several "We Owes" Didn't realize price increase until completing paperwork in F&I's office. Since we loved car so much we decided to leave it be. Lesson learned: take digital photo of negotiation sheet each time salesperson goes to the sales manager. I swear the number was changed somehow. This was purely an "online" experience. After realizing the our local Infiniti dealer had no competition and did not need to try we thought to toss our business out of town to the nearby Seattle area (we are in Portland). Here is the bottom line: Infiniti wishes you to believe that the MSRP is the ONLY price they are ALLOWED to sell at. I purchased a used G35 in July of 2007 from the Back Used Car portion of the dealership..and dealt with two rather sleezy guys. We visited the Infiniti of Kirkland with a very strong determination to buy the car. But after meeting their Directior of Internet Sales, Ken we were very sure not to buy from anywhere else but them. We were not even taken into office and were GIVEN a car to test-drive (no one even accompanied us!).
