Overall good customer service. Friendly customer service rep, main problem was it was much slower than I was told.

Completely satisfied. After a test drive I purchased a 2018 Corvette. Was not thinking clearly but Brandon O'Quin was very patient.
Brandon was quite condescending and abrasive (he apparently just spent 80k on a car, and buys a car almost every year, good for him). On the other hand Jessica was very down to earth and friendly. Also, did not like them not including the security engraving in the initial car price, I was forced to pay it after and was not given a choice (was reduced in final negotiation, but I did not want to negotiate down a security feature that was already implemented), this felt wrong and deceptive.
I was treated courteously, and my experience was was top notch. I will continue to use Infinity of Bellevue Infinity Services. David Libby was my Service Associate. He went out of his way to solve my car’s repair needs. I also like the welcoming customer waiting area. Mary Hirshfield
