I purchased a used G35 in July of 2007 from the Back Used Car portion of the dealership..and dealt with two rather sleezy guys. We visited the Infiniti of Kirkland with a very strong determination to buy the car. But after meeting their Directior of Internet Sales, Ken we were very sure not to buy from anywhere else but them. We were not even taken into office and were GIVEN a car to test-drive (no one even accompanied us!). The vehicle was not detailed properly before we took delivery. Dirty windows inside and outside, residue wax at seams...
frank made us feel right at home and helped us find the right car (g35x). he was a pro and my husband (the know it all) even was taken by him being a pro!
