Its a great utility, but I currently can't log in, the app is dead and I can't log in to your website either. Please fix this ASAP.
They were very deceptive. Say you can cancel with in 3 days. but it took 10 days to get my money back the more I complained the more the were still trying to sell me on their program.
I recommend that everyone try Griddy, it's free to try with no contract. So if u are not pleased of which I doubt you Willnot be pleased you can change with no obligation. I didn't believe at first that I could save money, but it's real. Every company will make promises. I said no more gambling with promises stuck in a contract. This company has kept their promises. Easiest thing about electricity I have ever had
Superb product. Especially if you can control your air conditioners (my main power users during peak pricing periods). Now they are connected through IFTTT App so you can automate HVAC cutoff for the occasional high price periods (and automate the return to normal thermostat setting). I also have an electric car so I charge up at night with that really CHEAP West Texas wind. I use a good bit of power each month so the $9.99 monthly fee is minimal. If you read my comments you'd be surprised I recommend them. My experience has been marginal. However, I still recommend trying Griddy, as "your results may vary." I think it's worth 6 months to a year (a year would be better) to see if it works for you. Also, I think this kind of pricing is probably the future. It's a way to shift pricing risk to consumers, so I see others mimicking this approach.
