Some how I used $75 in about 5 days. $50 of it today and it’s not even 3pm. EXPLAIN YOURSELF.
I have been trying to email to cancel but no one contacted me. I called twice and the line got cut off twice after a long long hold.
RecommendedSo far, in just a month, I know we have saved over $70 a month.
I have called Griddy several times to cancel my service for one of my meters and Griddy keep recharging my credit card. If you sign up Griddy will not stop charging your credit card.
fees suck and so does seeing your ads everywhere sod off
People are throwing $ away if they are not doing this.
Customer service is pathetic. They do not respond to support emails or voice mails. I am been trying to disconnect meter for last 2 days. They keep asking same question in repeation 1. Please let us know the address 2. On which date the service need to be disconnected. Meanwhile, am just paying for the meter that was supposed to be disconnected 48 hours back.
I was really skeptical, but I'm about 6 weeks in and it's been fantastic. It's consistently averaged out less than 8 cents/kwh all-in, currently it's a 7.5 cents. I can only imagine if my bill is this cheap in the summer what it will be like in non-peak price months. I also love that cheap energy is helping expedite closing down dirty, expensive-to-run coal plants and helps speed the transition to clean energy.
