didn't have the parts. tires that anyone needed .. so they charged everyone 50 to 75 dollars to say we need to order the part or a tire ...

I had an oil change and a tire rotation. Service was great. Job was well done, but 2 1/2 hour wait is way too long. It was an hour wait for a ride home. I ended up walking home and they picked me up when my truck was done. I think I may look at other options for oil changes.
Sales great ! Service.....Well....you get what you expected , only after you having to get upset. I don't need to be treated as that "problem" customer, when there should have never been issues to begin with.
They didn't treat me as some young kid that they thought was going to waste there time. Instead they took me just as they would a customer that was of the older ages.

You want to buy a car from a person you trust. I spoke with Nicole Ernst & Andy Omler was my salesman. I literally built the vehicle I wanted using Ford's website, sent it to Andy & he had the vehicle delivered within 5 days. Just friendly, trustworthy people, who are more concerned with you getting exactly what you're looking for instead of just selling cars. I recommend Friendly Ford-Lincoln to everyone. Selection, service, convenience, they're the best!

I took my car in for a repair and a part had to be ordered. I told them I needed my car back by Friday and they said it would be ready. I was ecstatic when the service manager Phil called me on Thursday before noon to let me know my car was ready. Thank you for making me feel like I was a priority. Everyone I dealt with was professional and very helpful. I will definitely be returning to Friendly!
