I did not purchase my 2015 Taurus SHO at Friendly, however i do bring it there for service and the entire staff couldn't be any more friendly. They treat me as a valued customer, going out of their way to ensure my car was serviced properly. Friendly Ford always ensures i am kept informed about the my SHO while they have it for servicing. I am sorry i didn't buy my SHO there however maybe one day i will be able to review their sales department and give them the same praise and honor as i have given them for their service. Mike Drake does an excellent job of listening to the car buyers needs and getting them what they asked for (or in some cases better) at the lowest cost! The service is truly 5 star from the sales department all the way through to the service department!

I'm delighted with both the Focus I bought last month, and the experience of buying it from Friendly Ford Lincoln.
